Our team boasts a collective 130 years remodeling experience!

    Quite "Impressive" because of the low barrier to entry in remodeling - typically Joe the remodeler and his pick-up and tools travel anywhere for the next job. 
In fact, it is common for new remodeling ventures to fail in years one to five or never incorporate.  We've operated with some original staff and the same location and telephone number since 1982 (25 years).  Our completed volume of work places us in the top 1/3 of all remodelers nationwide.

    This is pretty big since the U.S. Census Bureau's recent report pegged the total number of residential remodeling firms in the United States at 82,750, up from the previous 63,000 in 1997. 
   
    Qualified Remodeler Magazine has listed us among their Top 500 Remodelers for 15 consecutive years.
   
    The Building Industry Association of Southeast Michigan awarded us Remodeler of the Year.

    Four Seasons Solar Products Manufacturing awarded us Sunroom Builder of the Year from over 250 offices worldwide.  We have also received numerous design awards for sunroom projects.
   
    We have team members with CAP (Certified Aging in Place) and CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) designations, indicating commitment
to professional growth.  Employees also participate in a variety of self- improvement, professional development, and trade specific classes.
   
    Several team members hold Michigan Builders Licenses.
