1. The application process is simple, primarily requesting information about pay, bank accounts, and mortgage information. You may need to provide the following at some point in the process: Paycheck stubs, W-2's or 1099's, account statments, 2 years tax returns when self-employed. PLEASE NOTE:You will be working with finance professionals associated with GE or KeyBank and your information will remain confidential

2.  With your permission, we'll submit your application to see which financial partner's program best meets your financial prefernces.  They use your credit history, income, value of the improvement planned to underwrite and advise proposed terms for your loan.  Property value, income, and assets and their guidelines all play a part in the offer they give you.

3.  If you are comfortable with the interest rate and terms of the loan, a closing can be scheduled right at your home.  At that time, you should have any documentation requested and photo identification for the signing parties.
